Find a Provider Redesign

This 2020/2021 project is a complete overhaul of an enterprise-wide tool for a Fortune 100 company.

Member Portal Redesign

This ongoing redesign project serves Medicaid health plan members in more than 30 U.S. states.

Side project: PPPuppy

Just for fun, I decided to design an app to help with “canine bodily fluid management”.

This past year also included…

  • Migrating from using Sketch + Abstract for UI design to Figma , establishing shared libraries in the latter for maximum consistency & usability
  • Running various user tests in UserZoom: click tests, tree tests, task completion on live sites, and prototype testing
  • Increasing site accessibility by teaming up with various dev teams to ensure Section 508 compliance and by running & analyzing multiple automated scans.
